My little babies are growing up. They turned 5 and are just beautiful, great kids. They are so much fun and just really sweet. Jason is so full of energy (which we are trying to direct into positive engery), he is so loving and happy. Everything is at full speed, so don't get in his path. He is all boy. Lizzie is very sweet and all girl. She really loves her family. She gets excited to do anything together. She loves treats and its the perfect thing to bribe her with. She is very photogenic. She is the peacemaker.
Jason LOVES animals. The current animal of choice is a shark. He got this toy shark and is loving it. He also got a Shark Bite slip and slide. He was beyond excited when he opened it. It came with 3D goggles and was supposed to have the effect of the shark opening his mouth as you slid through it. Jason was very disappointed when it didn't do that. He said, "But on the tv it said it opens." A friend said, "they just say that on the commercial so you'll buy it". How true it is.
Lizzie LOVED her new nightgown. It actually looks like a dressup so she just went ahead and wore it ALL day long, even as we went out on the town. She also got a cool Ariel Mermaid Barbie. It swims in water all by itself. She has had it in hand ever since she opened it.
Now that the kids are getting back in school and everyone is through with vacations, Merrily and I are starting up another photography class. That last one went great. Everyone left knowing how to use their camera and has greatly improved on their photography skills:
